PST Steigerbouw wanted more than a new website — they wanted a complete digital foundation. We connected website, CRM and marketing automation into one system that wins enquiries around the clock and follows up automatically.
Specialist in scaffolding, suspension bridge installation, inspections, consultancy and certified training from Vriezenveen — for construction, industry and renovation across the Netherlands.The challenge
PST had an outdated online presence and a cumbersome way of handling leads. The CRM was not cleanly integrated, automated email flows were missing, and enquiries were hard to track. The digital basis for marketing and sales to work together efficiently simply was not there for the next step in growth.
Our approach
We built a complete digital ecosystem. A new WordPress website — modern, fast, mobile-optimized, SEO-friendly, with a clear structure, strong calls to action and dedicated pages for services, training, blog and quote requests. Alongside it, a CRM connection through which quote requests arrive automatically and centrally, plus automated email flows in Klaviyo for new leads, newsletter sign-ups and following up enquiries. A technical SEO foundation and a consistently conversion-oriented structure guide visitors towards the quote request.
